Wayne Edward Pesek

Anthony and Christopher. I just discovered this terrible loss today. I met your father when he built the Proviso Township executive offices. After which I did many jobs for your dad. I believe one of your homes as well. Please except my deepest sympathy. He would consult me on colors for a project and his favorite saying was "It will pop" And it sure would. Great guy I miss "the pop" he brought to every project.

Wayne was a fantastic guiding light to many municipalities and great to work with, His insight not only benefited those he worked with but the community as a whole.

My condolences to Wayne's family. I had the pleasure to work with Wayne on two Harwood Heights projects. He was a pleasure to work with and always had the best interest of the community in mind. I'll miss doing business with him.

I leased and managed North Riverside Plaza in the early 1980's. Had many interactions with Wayne. He was always a gentleman and had a great sense of humor. My condolences to the Pesek family.

Our deepest condolences to Wayne's family at this very difficult time. We lived 2 doors down from Wayne's Aunt Jean. I know Wayne was very grateful that we would keep an eye on his Aunt Jean as she was having age related medical problems. Wayne was a great guy and he will be missed by family and friends.

I was shocked to hear of Wayne’s passing. I worked for him for at the Village when he was administrator and he was a great boss!! Prayers for his family during this difficult time.

On behalf of myself, Barb Bona our customer order specialist and all of Wayne's contacts here at the Northlake Illinois Home Depot, I hereby extend sincere condolences to the entire Pesek family, especially to Chris and Anthony and their families. Your Dad was a loyal customer of mine for nearly all of the 15 years I have been at Home Depot. He was a pleasure to work with, especially when we planned a project discussing the best constructability for our designs. Thanks Wayne !!! You were one of my best repeat customers. Eternal Rest Grant on to you Wayne and may perpetual light shine upon you now and forever. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

I knew Wayne for all of my career with the Village in the 80's and 90"s. He was a gentleman and always available to help with any problem. I am very sad to hear of his passing. Lance Thompson NRPD SGT retired.

Wayne always had a smile on his face which is a rare thing these days. He always asked how we were doing n how Michael was doing as well. We will miss him very much n trust he’s in a better place with no more pain. Much love to Elba n Joyce.

Wayne did exceptional work for the Village of Lyons and was a true friend for many years. Hopefully the family will get past this and move on.

Wayne was a great big force of a man. Everything was possible around Wayne. He always looked at problems as opportunities and never let a friend down. He was generous in all things. A great light has gone out and it may be that we will not see his like again. Love, Paul et Sis
