Dear Debbie, My heart is aching for you and your loss. I've known you and Rick for so long, I still remember that first double date we went on. You've had a long wonderful life with Rick, a beautiful family. I want to give you the biggest strongest hug but I can't. Know that I'm always here for you if you need anything. To the Sapp family I am so sorry for your Loss. I know Rick was an awesome husband and father. I want to apologize as I know due to the virus and Restrictions I won’t be making it to the wake. God bless Rick and May he give you all the strength you need in these trying times Bob Shipyor
