Condolences
I am sorry to hear about Ralph. I remember him well. As a friend of my fathers back in the 1970s. He was in to auto body work, and I remember he was selling properties at Woodhaven Lakes, as he dragged me along once. I think I was about 15 back then. I always liked Ralph. I was just looking up people this morning and ran across this obituary. Again, I am so sorry for your loss.

My condolences and prayers are with Ralph's family. I first met Ralph when we both worked at the Coffeehouse on frontage road many years ago in high school. I was the dish washer and he a bus boy. What a character.

I'm very saddened to hear that Ralph succumbed to cancer. He was always happy and kind to everyone. We lost touch when I moved my family to California in the early 1980's. He was a Boy Scout when my Dad was Scoutmaster of Bolingbrook Troop 32. His Dad, Ralph Sr. was very proud of him.

“ its soo tough. Ralph DeLuca you were my best friend. Like a brother. Family. Inseparable at times. Soo many good times. He was always there. And he was always there for me and his loved ones. Im gonna miss him soo much. Its hurts soo bad. I could go on and on and on about all the awesome times we had. I know he's in heaven. So selfless. He cared about others almost more than himself. Such a great man. I love you Ralph! Til we meet again Ralphie. RIP”

Prayers being lifted for the DeLuca family. Ralph was always so kind to people. I remember he was always working on someone’s car! May he now rest in the peace of Christ, and fly with the angels until one day reunited with family and friends.

Ralph will always be in my Heart! He saved me @ the darkest point of my life. He was there as a rock, a mentor, a shoulder to cry on, a spiritual guide and even a drill Sargeant when I was too weak & felt like the darkness was going to swallow me up. He never gave up on me & helped me realize it was too toxic for me. So in 2010 I put everything I owned that didn't fit into my car into a storage unit & left Nebraska. Then in 2017 got my own place in STL Missouri! Thank you for being in my life and bringing me to GOD! Bye Buddy ❤ Rene
