Pamela “Pam” Ann Nelson Campbell

We are very sorry to hear about Pam's passing. I took are of her when she was at our dental office for her routine care. She was a very special person to have as a patient. Dr. Airan and I very much enjoyed getting to know her through the years and taking "special" care of her when she was not feeling her best after her illness. We will always have fond memories of just chatting before we got to work on her dental issues. Our sincere condolences for Tom and your family's loss. Tiffany and Tom, please accept our deepest condolences for the passing of Pam, a beautiful person, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. Chris and I will miss her humor. She and I hit it off immediately when we started working in UIC’s Otolaryngology Department and stayed in contact even after retirement. May all of your sweet memories give you comfort. We were childhood friends and stayed in touch over the years. Kind, loyal, funny and loving were her greatest gifts to all of us who knew her. May perpetual light shine upon her .

I have no words......but so many memories of time spent with and her family.....she was an awesome mom, sister, daughter, grand mother, friend and will be missed by all whose life she touched
