John “Jack” H. Ewald, age 91, Korean Army Veteran.  Resident of Brookfield for 67 years.  Beloved husband of the late Marlene L. Ewald, nee Wageman for 64 years;  dear friend of Phil (Karen) Kedzuch; Jack acted as a grandfather to Andy (Austeja) Kedzuch and Nick (Jill) Kedzuch and great-grandfather to Simon and Weston Kedzuch; cousin and friend to many.

Visitation Wednesday, March 30, 2022  11 A.M. to time of Service 12 P.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd. 9445 West 31^st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513.  Funeral Service 12:00 P.M.

Interment Acacia Park Cemetery, Chicago
