Beloved husband of Sharon Kotrba, nee Suma; fond father of Jay (Yohana) Kotrba and Jonathan Kotrba; dear grandfather of George Kotrba; brother of Gail Curtan, Connie Kotrba and Chuck (Kathy) Kotrba; brother in law of Steven (Linda) Suma; uncle of five nephews.
