Condolences
To the Gaerlan family, I’m very sorry for your loss. No matter how much time passes we still feel the loss of our loved ones and view death as God does, an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) May you find comfort and hope in His promise at Revelation 21:3,4 that shows soon there will be no more death, and we can see our loved ones again. Please accept my deepest condolences.

I remember my cousin Diane. So many times we all gathered at Grandma and Grandpa La Plante's home on Parnell. What fun we had! Diane's nicknames were Spitfire and Red. She was so much fun and a leader. I remember seeing her at the marvelous Cousins' Reunion so many years ago. First I saw her smile, then her sparkling eyes, then her beautiful golden red hair and then her spirit glowing over all. Remember her. Let her still laugh with you in times of joy, let her help you in times of trouble -- for our Loved Ones never leave us.

Dear Family, I am unable to attend the services and yet my thoughts and prayers are with you. I recall my cousin Diane just as she appears in this picture....adorable but strong, petite and like a wild flower....resilient and lovely! I know your heart is broken. I am so sorry for your loss. I so looked up to my cousin, Diane. I know her mom and dad and her siblings greeted her with open arms! She knows peace now!
