Slusarz, nee Dauksas; dear father of Barbara (Gary) Hudecek and Michael (Janalee Crowell) Slusarz; grandfather of Jeffrey Hudecek, MaryAnna Hudecek and Michael Hudecek; brother of the late Bill (Helen) Slusarz, Ralph (Jessie) Slusarz and Ronald Slusarz; uncle of many nieces and nephews.
