To the Duffy family, I’m very sorry for your loss. No matter how much time passes, we still feel the loss of our loved ones. May you find comfort and hope in God’s promise at Revelation 21:3,4 that shows soon there will be no more death, sickness, or pain, and we can see our lost loved ones again. Dad, I had so much more to say tonight and I'm sorry I didn't have the emotional stability to make it through. You are the cornerstone of my life and that will never change. I will miss you every day and I hope that when it is my time to leave this world I am measured as 1/2 the man you were and I leave at least 1/2 you left on me on Sean ans Owen. I love you Dad! There are so many memories I have of you in the last 15 years, from playing the game “Apples To Apples” (and you always choosing Sean Connery), opening Christmas gifts, and sneaking Blue some of your food off your plate. These memories will be cherished. You will be missed! Love, Chris

Dear Dad, This is beyond painful for me on so many different levels. I have spent the last week crying so much. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to spend your last day on Earth with you for nine hours. Please know that I am very thankful for what you contributed. You took a much-traumatized little girl whom could barely speak from the loss of her first father and made her your little girl. You worked seven days a week to provide for the family. You often worked night shifts, but you still made the time to come to parent-teacher conferences or drop me off at work or the library when you could. I knew how hard you worked for everything in your life, so I hardly asked for anything. Only if it was a necessity for education, and even then I would try to pay a portion when I was older. I know Dad how hard your life was balancing the different needs of three very different children, working seven days a week, and maintaining a home. My fondest memories revolve around spending Saturday nights with the family, as a child, and playing board and card games. I am sure you were tired and wanted to do a million other things, such as sleep, but you made the time to be there for your family. Three years ago, I thanked you for being my father and taking care of me. You said, “Andrea, it was my pleasure.” Dad, it was my pleasure to be a daughter to a man whom worked as hard as you did. It is because of your kindness and compassion that I do the work I do today. I love you dad. With Much Love, Andrea

Bill was my best buddy and friend As brothers go we fought like hell but we always had each other's back. We went thru the good times and bad times. He will be missed. He was my big brother. Love you Butch.
