Mentor, friend, brother. That quiet sincerity. That adventurous spirit. You turned me on to music. Noon on Thanksgiving, thanks to you, has always been, and will forever be Alice's Restaurant, a tribute to you. You leave a legacy with an amazing family, and the impact you made on all the lives you touched. Much love. See you on the other side.

I will never shall forget: My old Friend Laughing at Armageddon, enjoying biscuit and gravy, red beans A cheap poker game, friendsgiving, stupid bowl, cigar and a beer at the Pond Years ago you invited me in as a friend Thanks for treating me like kin My old friend May this goodbye Never mean the end My old friend If we never meet again If I told you how I feel Oh, it wouldn't sound so real 'Cause emotions They are just now setting in But it sure is great to know That wherever we may go We can always be The best of friends On the other side of life Over yonder Where it's peace and quiet My old friend Won't you think about the poker bunch? Every now and then My old friend We won’t forget you From the Usual Suspects

Debbie, Sarah, Joe and Maura, my sincere sympathies to all of you. Russ was a wonderful person and a wonderful companion to you and provider for your Family. I'm especially sad that he passed away before the birth of his first Grandchild. I will miss him dearly.

Debbie the LOVE you and Russ shared was beautiful, strong and kind. I remember when you and Russ got married, you all were full of life. That kind of LOVE never ends. It lives on in the memories, quiet moments that was strongly shared and Heart of all who knew him. Stay strong Debbie. We will meet both of them again in the resurrection. Stay strong. Love you girl.
